1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting, booking, or purchasing any service from New Heights Resume & Career Services LLC (“New Heights”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via this website or direct correspondence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

New Heights provides professional career development support, including but not limited to:

• Professional Resume Creation, Reviews, and Edits.
• Academic and Clinical Curriculum Vitae (CV) Drafting and Polish.
• Targeted Cover Letter Writing and Review.
• Admissions Personal Statement and Application Essay Editing.
• LinkedIn Profile Setup and Optimization.
• 1-on-1 Career Advising and Consultation Sessions.

3. Client Information & Accuracy

Professional resumes and application deliverables rely on the accurate details you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all job titles, dates of employment, degrees, licenses, certifications, and factual statements provided to New Heights are true, complete, and verifiable. New Heights does not fabricate or falsify candidate qualifications.

4. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Target turnaround times (e.g. 1–2 days, 2–3 days, 3–5 days) begin once all necessary materials, questionnaire answers, and intake details are received. Turnaround timelines are business days (excluding national holidays and weekends). Timely client feedback is essential to maintaining agreed project completion dates.

5. Collaborative Revisions

Our document services include collaborative review and revision windows as specified in your service scope. Revisions focus on refining wording, impact phrasing, formatting, and structural polish within the original target role or scope discussed during intake. Substantial changes in career direction or requests for entirely new documents for unrelated industries after draft delivery constitute a new service.

6. Advising Sessions & Rescheduling

For 1-on-1 career advising sessions (30-minute or 60-minute), please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your confirmed call time. We understand unexpected schedule changes occur and will accommodate timely rescheduling requests in good faith.

7. Advisory Nature & Outcomes

New Heights provides expert career strategy, professional writing, and advising designed to optimize your visibility and presentation. However, final interview invitations, job offers, hiring decisions, and academic admissions remain solely at the discretion of employers and academic institutions. We cannot guarantee specific employment offers or admissions acceptance.

8. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon final delivery and payment of services, you own full rights to your completed resume, CV, cover letter, or essay documents in editable and final formats (.docx and .pdf).
